When a customer takes delivery of their Porsche, whatever time that is needed is given to explain the workings of everything on the vehicle. We want our customers to drive away feeling like they are “old hands” when it comes to operating a Porsche. Afterwards, if questions arise, we are here to answer them. When a customer’s vehicle needs service, they can either make an appointment or just come in, and their Porsche will be serviced by our factory-trained Porsche certified technicians in a timely manner. Every service customer is contacted after work is completed to make sure that they are completely satisfied.
A large part of the Rusnak experience is the continuing relationship that we have with our customers outside of sales and service. All of our customers receive a monthly enews letter keeping them abreast of the goings on in both the worlds of Porsche and Rusnak. Also included are discount service department coupons.
Quite often we have seminars at the dealership where timely topics such as maintenance, car care, and new vehicle introductions are discussed. Then there are the wonderful Rusnak events that take place outside of the dealership that are open to our customers. Furthermore, we are proud to sponsor some of the events hosted by the local chapter of the Porsche Club of America.
Lastly, we always welcome our customers to drop by at any time for a cup of coffee, to chat, and to visit our beautiful Porsche boutique.
